Event Location                                                                                                           Trail Staging, Saturday Dinner and Raffle events will take place in campsites  #86 & 87 

Meals
Attendees are responsible for providing their own food and water. Friday Dinner is a potluck dinner. The club will provide Hot Dogs, Attendees will provide side dishes. Saturday's dinner is included in the registration and provided by the club. Each registration includes dinner for the driver and three passengers.

Alternative Accommodations
Participants are free to stay at one of the many area motels, hotels and cabins for rent. Although it is a few miles drive to the nearest, meals can be obtained at local eateries.

For a full refund, cancellations must be received by email before 11:00 pm on Monday, September 4 2017. Cancellations received after the deadline, but prior to Event Date will only be refunded for extra raffle tickets purchased and 50% of registration cost. Fees paid for extra meals or shirts will not be refunded. There will be no refunds after the start of the event. Refunds will be paid by check following the event.
